Large Conference Room (Room 310)
iDigBio's large conference room provides capacity for up to 35 Workshop participants. It has wired/wireless network services, 2000 lumen HD projector, Polycom CX5100 HD video collaboration device, lectern, wired and wireless microphones, 50" display, laptop w/ Windows 7 and Microsoft Office products, web conferencing services, and can be configured for any seating arrangement requested by workshop organizers.
Scheduling
If you would like to schedule the large conference room, first check the availability of the conference room. Then, create a meeting request and invite flmnh-idb-cr@ad.ufl.edu as an attendee (not as a resource). You will receive a response within 1 business day indicating whether or not your meeting request has been accepted.
Small Conference Room (Room 312)
iDigBio's small conference room can be used for break-out sessions, morning receptions, or small meetings. It can comfortably accommodate 10 people with wired/wireless network services, whiteboards, and web conferencing services.
