Overview

The South-Central California Collection and Data Network goals are:

  • Provide support of our regional natural history collections, larger and smaller.
  • Develop multi-institution grant proposals to support the digitization and curation of scientific collections in South Central California.
  • Establish methods of sharing information about ongoing regional and national initiatives where others may wish to participate.
  • Provide support toward sustainable data sharing, digitization, and long term natural history collection infrastructure.
  • Share collection protocols, methods, resource opportunities, and ideas.
