The display is easy to set up. It only takes about 15 minutes for an experienced individual. When packed, the display is the size of a large trash can and it will take up the entire back seat of a car. However, the shipping container has a pull handle and wheels. It is relatively easy to wheel around.
If you reserve the iDigBio display, please take great care when packing and unpacking the vinyl panels. There are protective plastic sleeves and thicker plastic pieces included to shield the panels against possible damage, and the latter should cover both the inside and outside of the rolled panels. If any of the panels crease or dent, we won't be able to easily repair the damage (if possible at all). Also, we should be aware of the temperatures in FL. If stored in a parked car for an extended time, the panels could warp with the extreme heat.
Lastly, if using this display at an event like Botany, request an exhibitor booth at the end of a row. The end caps of the display may make it difficult to fit within a 10' space.
