iDigBio Conference Facility
iDigBio is located on the University of Florida Campus, in Classroom Building 105:
Large Conference Room
Our largest conference space, this room provides capacity for up to 35 Workshop participants. It has wired/wireless network services, 2000 lumen projector, Polycom CX5000 HD video collaboration device, lectern, laptop w/ Windows 7 and Microsoft Office products, web conferencing services, and can be configured for any seating arrangement requested by workshop organizers.
Small Conference Room
The small conference room at iDigBio can be used for break-out sessions, morning receptions or as an ad-hock meeting space. It can comfortably accomodate 10 people with wired/wireless network services, whiteboards, and web conferencing services.
