This wiki provides resources for the iDigBio "Data Modeling Workshop" held at the East-West Center in Honolulu, 24-25 March 2014

The primary goal of the workshop is to produce a document that is specific to the data management needs of repositories. Discussion topics will include preserving data semantics, interoperability, identifiers, names, and services. The agenda includes opportunities for providers and users of information to contribute (about 20 people in these provider/user sessions) and a smaller subset of the larger group consisting of about 10 people to refine these contributions and produce the document.
