Title: Empowering Database Decision-Making: Fundamentals, Data Management, and Mobilization
When: October 15–17, 2024

Day 1 Location: We’ll gather at the front desk on 19th Street, and the meet-and-greet will take place in the Butterfly Room.

Logistic Information

Invited participant support: iDigBio will arrange and cover lodging and/or airfare before the workshop. Personal expenses for mileage, parking, and/or tolls will be reimbursed after the workshop. Please contact Ann Marchetti at amarchetti@ufl.edu to purchase flights and reserve lodging via the UF GO booking tool.
Airport: Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
Airport transportation: Uber/Lyft/taxi/bus are the easiest and most convenient ways to get from the airport to the hotel. Transportation could take up to an hour.
Workshop hotel: The Logan One Logan Square | Philadelphia, PA 19103 | 215.963.1500
Transportation from hotel to venue: Within walking distance, approximately 0.1 miles (3 minutes).
Wifi networks: Once on-site, workshop participants can log into a WIFI network for internet access.
Meals: Breakfast and lunch will not be provided at the workshop.
